There is nothing difficult in welding metals. You can weld any carbon steel material even if the carbon percentage is high. The most common welding rods used are E 7018 and E 8018. If welding carbon steel pipes a filler rod to be used which E 70S or E 80S, USING A TIG WELDING method. Usually the carbon content in steel makes steel welding so difficult that it combines with hydrogen and leads to the formation of hydrocarbons
