If there would be a Tungsten Carbide SOLID BLOCK, that's another thing and could be feasible by electro corrosion (that's the easy way), or chemical corrosion because that's the easiest and most advanced methods for quick machining of carbides (of any kind) and used also in Formula 1 cars building process.
