Titanium please help me?

Is it possible to use a regular drill and drill bit to drill into a 2/18 inch thick piece of titanium. And can you use a file on the the same width as listed before to file a piece of titanium.

titanium has a very high hardness. wont be penetrated easily by a steel drill bit. same with filing. need to get something with a higher hardness (tungsten carbide drill bit, diamond file) when drilling, do it slowly to get a clean cut, avoid heating and damaging bits. make it a good day
