Description

WC-Co powder is high hardness coating powder; it offers dense, excellent bonding and provides resistant to abrasion, erosion and sliding wear. the coating also has high wear resistance but with low coefficient of friction, suitable for coating of piston rings and rollers. high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance; good flow ability result from the spherical of the powder; outstanding weld ability; oxygen content:<1%; porosity:<1%; bonding strength:>70Mpa; hardness: 850-1400HV0.3
